1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the DJ Medical Supply Co. website, catalog and B2B e-commerce platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for licensed healthcare professionals, hospitals, surgical centers, clinics and authorized purchasing agents. By ordering you represent that you have authority to purchase medical devices on behalf of a qualified facility.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or fraud suspicion.
• Product availability is subject to change; when items are backordered we will notify you promptly.

4. Payment

DJ Medical Supply operates on a prepayment basis. Accepted methods are credit card and ACH bank transfer. Orders are prepared for shipment only after full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Shipping

Shipping is performed exclusively via FedEx. Delivery timelines, costs and policies are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and warranty

Sterile, single-use or lot-controlled products are non-returnable once shipped, in line with FDA and manufacturer requirements. Products arriving damaged or defective must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Manufacturer warranties apply as published by the OEM.

7. Intended use

All products are sold for professional medical use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are appropriate for their intended clinical use and are handled by qualified personnel.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including logos, product images, copy and code — is the property of DJ Medical Supply Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Medical Supply's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies with the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
