Every order ships via FedEx with tracking.

Delivery across the U.S. and to select international destinations.

1. Carrier

DJ Medical Supply ships exclusively via FedEx. Shipping methods offered include FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx International Priority, depending on origin, destination and product characteristics.

2. Order processing & dispatch

  • Orders are prepared for shipment only after payment is fully confirmed (credit card or ACH cleared).
  • In-stock orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM ET on business days are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • Backordered or drop-ship items may require additional lead time — you will be notified when confirming the order.

3. Shipping rates

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the FedEx Rates API based on destination ZIP code, package weight and dimensions. Rates displayed at checkout are the final rates charged.

4. Tracking

A FedEx tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your shipment is manifested. Tracking is also visible inside your account under My Orders.

5. Delivery times

Standard estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • FedEx 2Day / Express Saver: 2–3 business days.
  • FedEx Overnight: next business day by end of day.
  • International Priority: 1–3 business days to major destinations, subject to customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed by DJ Medical Supply.

6. Damaged, lost or missing shipments

Please inspect every package upon receipt. Any visible damage, loss or shortage must be reported to contact@djmedicalsupply.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with FedEx and coordinate replacement or refund.

7. International shipments

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
